Hello everyone, i know i have been terribly lazy off-late on the blog. But i have my reasons and no forgiveness from your end too. i had a few orders to complete. A few birthday cakes and desserts for parties.
Today i am doing a recipe which is very easy and can be done with items available in you own pantry, you really need to collect the ingredients.
The Whole wheat & semolina cookies are egg-less too.
The origin of these cookies is a local baker of a small town i visited last weekend called Bidar. i loved the flavor..it gave a very rustic feel to these biscuit.
