Heart centre cupcake | Valentines day | Vanilla raspberry cupcakes


Hello beautiful people, as the most romantic month of the year is already here, here I am sharing with you the first recipe of the month. A raspberry heart centered vanilla cup cake. Simply bite into these cup cakes to see how much love has gone inside baking them. The best part is that they are super simple to bake. So you may surprise the love of your life with these cute little love filled cupcakes. And I guarantee you with a huge smile from your loved ones.




The first time I ever had these love treats I thought it would be impossible to replicate them but than the other day I went through a few recipes to realize how simple they are. So I could stop myself  but share it with you all.


Makes - 6 cupcakes 
Time - 1 hr
temp - 160 degrees




Ingredients

  • 1 large cup - self raising flour
  • 3/4 cup - caster sugar 
  • 02 medium - egg
  • 2 1/2 tsp - baking powder
  • 04 tsp - raspberry crush/fresh raspberry
  • 1/2 cup - Oil 
  • vanilla essence
Method
  1. Pre-heat oven.
  2. Sift flour and baking powder and keep aside.
  3. Beat eggs and sugar till frothy and peaks form, now spoon by spoon add the pre mixed flour to form a smooth batter. Add oil and vanilla essence. Mix.
  4. Now separate 1/4th of the batter. Add raspberry crush and with a wooden spoon mix well.
  5. Pour it in to a baking dish and bake for 07 mins, your raspberry sheet would be ready let it cool and with  the help of a cookie cutter cut out heart shaped sponge cake.keep aside.
  6.  Now line the cupcake molds and pour the remaining basic batter into the molds.
  7. place the cut out sponge cake into the batter (as per picture above)
  8. Bake for 15-18 mins or till the cake turns golden brown.
