Hiiii everyone, i sneaked out sometime from my guests to post today. As i was doing this dressing i thought why not share it with you all. This dressing can be used as a dip, sandwich spread or dressing for salads. Its refreshing and easy on tummy.
- 1 Cup - Hung curd
- 1 - Cucumber peeled, seeded, grated & juice squeezed.
- 03-04 - Garlic cloves
- 01 tbs - Olive oil
- 1/2 - Lemon juice
- 01 tbs - Fresh chopped dill (can use herbs like parsley or mint instead
- Salt & pepper to taste
