Vegan | kebabs | Indian | gluten free

Happy weekend people !!!!!
Here's a easy snacker for the Mothers day weekend . These kebabs  are not only vegan but also gluten free. A perfect treat to the taste buds and waistline at the same time.

A healthy mouth watering traditional Indian snack. I am sure your family would ask for more. It's quick. So no more worries for the unexpected guests.

Ingredient
  • 11/2 cups - Potato flakes( i like to use potato flakes as its convenient, You can use the regular             mashed potato)
  • 01  cup - Boiled and mashed green peas & spinach.(ration 70:30)
  • 01 - onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp - cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp - black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp - white pepper
  • 1/2 tsp - cinnamon powder
  • 01 tsp - garlic powder
  • Salt to taste.
  • Vegetable oil for frying.

Method
  1. Mix, potatoes and all the other ingredients together. Keep aside.
  2. Drain water from boiled veggies completely & pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
  3. Mash the boiled vegetables and mix it along with the potato mix.
  4. Now oil your hands and make small balls out of the mixture,
  5. Press and give it a cutlet like shape.
  6. Shallow fry in a non stick pan till golden brown. As we are not using any binding agent make sure you are careful while frying them as there are chances of it to break.

These kebabs could be served along with hummus, check out the recipe here. Or along with the super simple coriander chutney. For recipe here.
